A message from Iris for you

Studies show that the physiological stress profile (cortisol) of mothers of autistic children resembles that of American soldiers in combat.*

But you don't need a study to know that.

You feel it.

You live among crises, constant decisions, sleepless nights, and the feeling that you can never switch off. Even when everything is “fine,” your body stays on alert.

You are not “too” tired.
You live under continuous stress, with little sleep, little rest, and a lot of responsibility.

Iris was born for you.

We are people who have worked for the autistic community for more than 20 years—doctors, engineers, and developers, but above all, people who look at the mother and understand the invisible weight she carries.

Developed with the gold standard of Artificial Intelligence, Iris is here to support you every day, with safety and care, parental guidance, questions about therapies like ABA, family rights, and any question that arises — exactly when you need it.

24 hours a day.

7 days a week.

No judgment.

No pressure.

Without you having to be strong all the time.

Iris understands you.
And walks by your side, hand in hand.

A message from Iris for you

Studies show that the physiological stress profile (cortisol) of mothers of autistic children resembles that of American soldiers in combat.*

And you don't need a study to recognize it — you've already seen it happen.

You notice.

You, a psychologist and mental health professional, see mothers who arrive with tired bodies and minds running at full speed. They are not just “worried.” They are trying to survive a routine that never turns off.

You hear stories of crises, therapies, school, guilt, fear of the future — and often notice something painful: the mother holds everything together… and yet she is the first to be left aside.

The mother is the foundation of everything…
and yet she is the most forgotten person.

In session, you welcome, organize, give shape, and point to paths. But her life continues outside — and crisis doesn't respect schedules. And you also feel the weight of holding more than fits.

Iris was born to walk with you.

Iris was created to support mothers and neurodivergent families with care, clarity, and presence — in real daily life, where care happens.

For you, the professional, Iris becomes an extension of what you do best: continuity. She helps the mother between sessions — when doubt appears, when guilt tightens, when the house goes quiet and she falls apart.

Without taking your place. Without replacing your listening. Iris exists to strengthen human care — not compete with it.

Presence between sessions.

When the crisis happens outside the office.

24 hours a day. 7 days a week.

Clarity and guidance.

Simple language + practical micro-steps.

No judgment. No pressure.

Iris understands your work.
And helps you care for those who care — always hand in hand.

*Based on studies from the Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders (Seltzer et al., 2010) and the University of Wisconsin–Madison (Waisman Center)

“IRIS is a scientific milestone in Brazil and worldwide. The consolidation of years of study and scientific research by specialist physicians and data engineers in building an artificial intelligence capable of assisting mental health professionals and parents of neurodivergent children and adolescents. With IRIS, mothers will never again feel alone and unsupported in the journey of supporting and accompanying their children on the autism spectrum.”

Science and safety first

This code is a formal commitment that the technology developed by IRIS is guided by solid ethical principles, responsible governance, and a focus on real improvement in mental health.

We work in alignment with the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), ensuring that artificial intelligence is an ally of human care, and not its replacement.

Protection of Human Autonomy

All clinical decisions will remain the responsibility of qualified professionals (physicians, psychologists, speech therapists). Users will have clear and understandable information about how the AI works, its limits, and goals. Informed consent will be obtained before collecting or processing personal or clinical data.

Well-being, Safety, and Public Interest

AI development prioritizes proven clinical benefits and avoids harm, bias, or risky recommendations. The platform will undergo continuous clinical and technical validation, with internal and external audits. AI design and use will follow international information security standards (HIPAA, GDPR, LGPD).

Transparency and Explainability

AI decisions and recommendations will be explainable, always accompanied by understandable justification for users and professionals. We will publish annual impact reports containing metrics of accuracy, safety, equity, and improved access. The source code or methodology used for diagnoses will be documented and available for authorized audits.

Responsibility and Accountability

Every AI recommendation will be recorded, enabling traceability for clinical review or audit. Professionals and technical staff will receive regular training on ethical, safe, and effective use of the technology. There will be a reporting and feedback channel to report errors, failures, or ethical risks.

Inclusion and Equity

AI will be trained with diverse datasets, avoiding cultural, ethnic, socioeconomic, or gender bias. Access to technology will be expanded to populations in remote areas or with limited availability of specialists. Content and interfaces will be available in multiple languages and with accessibility resources.

Sustainability and Continuous Improvement

The startup will adopt practices that minimize environmental impacts in data processing and storage. There will be periodic algorithm review, incorporating new scientific evidence and clinical guidelines. The company will participate in global digital health cooperation initiatives, including technical groups from the WHO, FDA, and EMA.
